How long will it take to move in and go live with Willow
We move pretty quick, but it all depends on your timeline, SKU quantity and order volume. We have had some clients up and running within 24hrs. Others with high order volume we migrate in a 2 stage approach to not disrupt order fulfillment.
Do you really not margin the shipping?
haha thats exactly what our AusPost rep said! And the answer is no, we pride ourselves on fee transparency and being the 3PL provider that doesn't add a margin to your shipping fees.
Some 3PL's add an additional 20-30% so check in with your current provider ;)
Do I have to have a minimum monthly order to worth with Willow?
Nope! We are here to support start-up brands as much as the big guys.
And we wont charge you crazy order and pick fees because you arent doing huge volume.
Does Willow except returns?
We do, we handle the whole lifecycle of your online and wholesale orders from checkout to delivery, and returns if necessary.
Do I have to lease an office to use Willow as my 3PL?
No, not at all. And you are welcome to use our facilities if you want to pop in.

Do my customers receive tracking details automatically?
They do, we automate the entire process.
1. Customer places order
2. Our software chooses the courier based on your preference (cheapest, best value, express etc)
3. order is fulfilled with 24hrs.
4. your store is updated and the customer is notified via your store with tracking details. Some couriers will also send text messages with delivery details at no extra cost.
Does Willow provide international shipping services?
Yes, we provide great international rates via all the major international couriers.
If I use Willows 3PL services can I use the office space and meeting rooms?
Of course! Just book ahead to make sure they are available.
