Do I have to ship a minimum amount of orders per month?

We are supportive of new and small businesses so have no minimum on monthly shipments

Do you offer international shipping services?

Do you offer discounted shipping rates?

We have great discounts for our clients with access to all domestic and international couriers with top tier rates. As each business has different items to be shipped, we will go over all of our rates during your onboarding call or feel free to send us a message below for a quick quote.

Can I use my own branded packaging? 

Yes! You supply your branded packaging and we make sure its packaged exactly how you want it.

Can I have personalised notes added to my orders?

Yes! All you need to do is supply the cards and we will fill them out how you like.

Do you have meeting rooms? 

Yes, we have two meeting rooms with whiteboards and TV for use at an additional cost.

 

Private Offices

What is the size & capacity of your private offices?

We have private offices for hire to suit businesses large and small.

Our offices suit from one person up to six depending on your needs. Our private offices range from 8sqm up to 36sqm. 

 

Do you have 24/7 access? 

Yes, if required 24/7 access is available.
